The use of the prerrogative to register as Partners in the Program Participation on Spiritins Revenue www.spiritin.com establishes the acceptance of the following term.

DEFINITIONS:
In the Program of Participation on Spiritins’ Revenue, the words below have the following meanings:
- Company: D.A. Muller Internet
- User – Individuals over the age of 13 who sign in www.spiritin.com to register one or more spiritins, or even pay tribute to them;
- Minor – Any person under the age of 13, who access the site under supervision of their father, mother or legal guardian;
- Social Net – meaning the content and tools that Spiritin Corp. released the site's URL: www.spiritin.com
- Spiritin – the communities of friends, fans and relatives of a deceased person, created by a user;
- Spiritins Communities – are the communities of interrelated spiritins created by users.
- Partners – Individuals or entities that sign in to generate traffic and / or revenue resulting from a spiritin as user and hold the right to use that spiritin, or even persons create links on their own sites of www.spiritin.com and generate sales from these links and also people who made available products in spiritin social network and sell them to its users.
- Net sales – Cash and cash generated by spiritin through purchase of goods and / or services offered by the site, deducted legal taxation and selling costs (credit cards fees and billing administration)
- Every User may subscribe as a Partner of its spiritin registered, the goal being to receive a commission of 5% of net sales generated from that spiritin, or from the links on their own sites.
- When a visitor to register with their spiritin, from any link or platform, and purchase goods and services, they will generate for the Partner the commission described in item 2.
- The commission will be paid monthly until the 15th of every month following the net income obtained, with the minimum payment basis of U $ 20.00. Commissions and sold products that do not reach this figure will be transported to the next month.
- The payment of the commission and / or products sold will be made by nominal check or by credit to the partners’ credit card, under the sole discretion of Spiritin.
- The partner can also provide virtual products from its creation or rights to sell the social network Spiritin upon registration of the products by clicking on partners, and then registering the product.
- On the products provided by Partners, the Spiritin Corp. will charge 50% as a return on sales, and payments to partners will give the dates and forms mentioned in clause 4 above.
- The Partner must read the agreement below before registering.
- The partner accepts the terms of the Program of Participation on Spiritins’ Revenue. This agreement is made and valid between the Company and the Partner, and it contains the conditions that apply to complete your registration in the Program of Participation on Spiritins’ Revenue.
- This program is valid and begins its effects from its express consent by the company, which has up to 05 (five) days from the Partner registration to disagree or not.
- Either party may terminate this term at any time, with or without reasonable cause by giving the other the notification of termination through this link (see how to link to exclude a partner).
- The Partner only receives commissions over the sales of their products during the time they remain registered on the site.
- It is considered to be the company’s sole right to delete a Partner, with or without cause at any time, especially as he does not have the rights over the registered Spiritin, and/or the product available.
- The Partner may register in as many as spiritins they have registered in their social network and may also offer products to all spiritins available at the site.
