How do I file a copyright Counter notification/claim in the US?
In order to file a counter notification with us you must send a declaration in written following the specified items below:

Give in your full name, address, phone number, e-mail and user name on your Spiritin account.
State that you agree with Miami FL Court of Law jurisdiction and that you accept being summoned under subsection (c)(1)(C)
Include the following statement: "I do declare under penalty of perjury that I have a good faith belief that the removal or disabling of the material has occurred my mistake or error on the identification of the material to be removed or disabled."

After we receive your counter notification we will forward it to the person that has filed the original complaint on copyright infringement. As we forward the counter notification it will carry out your personal data. When sending a counter notification you do accept your personal data to be disclosed this way.
After we send the counter notification, the pursuer must notify us in up to ten days he has filed a legal suit for having a warn to restrict the activity related to the YouTube material.
