In order to file a Copyright Infringement notification with us, you must send a message in written formatted under the specifications below containing all the required information:
- Attach a personal statement declaring you have found a video, photo, or any other file in www.spiritin.com that you believe is infringing your copyright. (EXAMPLE: I DO BELIEVE THE FOLLOWING VIDEO IN INFRINGING MY COPYRIGHT)
- Say which country your copyright is based in.
- Give us the name of the file and the complete URL where it can be found.
- Explain in which way the referred material constitutes copyright infringement (e.g. a photo you have taken yourself, or an essay you have written).
- Identify the type of the material (video, musical play, etc) and give details (title, author, etc) which copyright you believe have been violated. If this information is available on the internet, you may send us the link to them.
- Supply your contact information (preferably an e-mail account).
- Supply the subject’s contact information, so they can get in touch with you and solve the question directly (preferably an e-mail account).
- Include on your statement the following sentence: "I believe in good faith that the following work described above lacks its author authorization for broadcasting/distribution, and/or any other legal permission for it".
- I do declare all information herein is accurate and that I own the copyright, and/or am exclusively authorized under the Law for filing a legal complain for Copyright Infringement.

Check if the content you have seen in Spiritin clearly violates your copyright. The information supplied in the notification may be sent to the person that supposedly posted the violating material.

In case you’ve been notified on copyright infringement and disagrees with it, you may send a counter notification by clicking on copyright infringement counter notification.
Any person that posts false allegations on any material posted, and wrongly removed or deactivated, will face legal consequences. Be also aware that we establish terms to terminate the activities of partners with persistent violations.
